W4ZTHSO LOW ALLLots of fun this year
W6JTISO QRP ALLDuring the first half of the contest conditions were poor at my N CA QTH. Conditions were better on Sunday. Thanks to all who managed to copy my 5W. When an opr miscopies my call as WB1TI I do my best to correct that opr by sending 'W6 W6 W6 W6JTI'. Sometimes that works, but often it does not
W6QUSO QRP ALLI first entered this contest when I was a 16 yrs old W8QZA. I was in a 3 op multi op entry and we 3 kids made 44 QSOs in the low power class! I have now entered this contest 37 CONSECUTIVE years since 1989 and it is as thrilling as the first!
W7DRASO LOW 160Msame old same old rx-hq100/ext roofing filtr/narrow band xtal filter/BC453 with a ts consisting an ARC5 vfo/6ag7-807 keyed exciter and two 805s n parallel at abut 90 watts output and a half fallen down inverted L with a counterpoise
W7EWSO HIGH ALLNice little contest! It is too bad that people do not listen to the station that everyone is trying to work and keep trying to slip their signal in when the desired station has responded to at least part of the call that that station is trying to complete with. In other words, STFU if you are not the call that the other station responded to. Brute power does not work in the NFL or NBA either. You displaying your idiocy for everyone present if you keep sending your callsign and will be made fun of at the best and cursed roundly at the worst!
W8BICHECKLOGJust messing around for a couple hours after work
W8RUSO LOW ALLNice conditions, limited time. Thanks for the QSOs and 73! -Ron (W8RU)

WA2AEYSO LOW ALLGreat contest even though condition could have been better Saturday. Lots of great dx! I didnt hear anything from China though! This is by far the best contest on the planet. See you all next time! 73
WA3EOQSO LOW ALLIt would be nice if lots of ops would slow down their cw speed. New contesters are probably turned off by 35+ wpm. I just tune past them
WA3KCPSA HIGH ALLOver the river and through the woods... finally jumped in Sat evening. Tickled to work a dozen stations across 4 continents on all 4 bands, including FRC's PJ2T, V26K & V47T amazed to log VK9DX (10M), 3B9KW (15M) & 3B8M (10/15/20M). Spent more time finding juicy mults using N1MM+ features, probably should've logged more USA QSOs. IC7300, 4BTV vertical, 40/20/15/10 General bands
WA5LFDSA HIGH ALL200 watts into a G5RV at 35ft...thanks for the Q's...73 Rich WA5LFD
WA6KHKSA HIGH ALLFelt good to work a South Korea station with my vertical just before Craig, K9CT!
WA9FZBSO LOW ALLWell, on Friday evening and Saturday the bands were lousy here, but since I had to spend some hours shoveling snow, I let it be. Then Sunday came along, and the fun was back. Although my score was nowhere near a personal best, it was still a LOT of fun. Let's do it again!

WD5NSA LOW ALLJust returning to the air after 25 years inactive. Located in HOA neighborhood so limited to low wire antennas
WD8DSBSO LOW ALLPart time all search and pounce effort. Missed the first night as I was waiting for UPS to deliver a new relay for my TS-180s which is almost 46 years old. UPS arrived at around 1630 UTC on Saturday, quickly installed the relay, and made my first contact at 1713 UTC. Goal was to make 100 contacts to test the rig to make sure it's ready for next weekends ARRL 160 meter contest but as always I started chasing the numbers (number of QSO's, score, etc.) and wound up with 326 QSO's from my very small station. I did keep track of the Battle of the Titans on the scoreboard (EF8R(N6MJ), CQ9A(KL9A), and 5J1DX (ND7DX)) throughout the contest which was a lot of fun and my non ham wife even enjoyed the shootout updates:) Transceiver: Kenwood TS-180s with my Hi-Per Mite active audio filter (200 Hz bandwidth). 160 and 80 meter TX antenna: 68 foot base loaded vertical with 55 short ground radials (2500 total feet of ground radials and not a complete circle around the base). 40/20/15/10 meter TX antenna: 40 meter EFHW mounted horizontally 20 feet up. RX antennas used mostly on 160 and 80 meters: 3 approximate half size pennants pointed 40, 160, and 300 degrees. 73, Don (wd8dsb)
WF4VSO LOW ALLExcellent 10 meter conditions despite low SSN

WI5DSA LOW ALLFirst time. Had a blast!
WN7SSA HIGH ALLEu Guys have great ears to hear my small signal!
WO2XSA HIGH ALLOperating cut short due to family commitments
WQ3OSA HIGH ALLDisaster struck. The rig decided to die Saturday morning, completely taking the wind out of my sails and had me log off for the rest of the contest
WQ6XSA QRP ALLThis was another last minute QRP operation from the WA6TQT Superstation in Anza. Having access to stacked arrays made up for running only 5-watts. The problem was people jumping on my run frequencies w/o asking QRL first. I pick ODDBALL run frequencies, so if you are calling CQ on top of me, that is NO accident. My QRP signal busted many HUGE pileups caused by people not following the operators instructions. When he asks 'WQ6?' and you send your KB6LID callsign on top of me, then you waste everybody's time. So, when the pandemonium subsides I slip the WQ6X call in ONCE, make the QSO and exit the morass of poor operating ethics - leaving them to fight it out amongst their chaotically-created MESS. The variety of CooL countries on the air this weekend was AMAZING. Altho noisy space-WX, the propagation was quite nice - despite weaker signals from central Europe. The K3/0-mini picked them up nicely, except when the RX front-end would overload (preamp off) and the AGC would drop the RX gain. I thought the K3 was supposed to have the BEST Dynamic Range - guess knot. LooK for a write-up on this at: http://WQ6X.Blogspot.com
WS4KSA HIGH ALLThis is the first time I used N3FJP to help spot. I had a great time, but I had to really follow the propagation. This was my best score yet!
WT3QMULTI-ONE HIGHFIRST TIME OUT WITH NEW ANTENNAS THANKS AA1K AND N3TTT VERY HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS
WT8PSA HIGH ALLWorked a little bit both days, but hugely distracted by the rare, fall days
WU4GSA LOW 15MSkookumlogger, Flex 6600M, 40M EDZ open wire feed, 160M Fullwave loop open wire feed
WV4AMSA LOW ALLOperator age 15 I was a little worried about the conditions, but they weren't too bad this year. In fact, it was actually pretty good, considering the DX I was able to get on 40m. Had lot of fun and look forward to breaking my goals again next year! Thanks for all the Q's, -Jake, WV4AM
WW3SSA HIGH 15M15m single band entry, other qsos submitted as check log only, only worked new DX Marathon counters
WW4LLSO LOW 20MFractured my spine the week before so shouldn't have spent so much time in the chair, but it was still fun!
XE1AYSO LOW ALLWith my hex beam 3m high but with problem in 20 meters too much ROE and my dipole not could heard sometimes. But I have fun
XE2BSA LOW ALLAfter being absent las year due to a medical issues , I managed to get my 2nd best score ever since 2014. I enjoyed the thrill of running good rates on the upper bands. called by zone 40 on the last 30 minutes of the test (JW)
