K4TNESA HIGH ALLFIRST TIME PARTICIPATING
K4UWSO QRP 40MIn Memory of my Elmer who embedded CW into head to get my Novice ticket in 1976! Thank-you to Ralph-KA1V
K5BGSA HIGH ALLGreat conditions make it fun for us little pistols. 73, bg
K5GNSO HIGH ALLNo matter the conditions, this is absolutely the best contest of the year. Thanks to the organizers and WWROF
K5GQSA HIGH ALLran 350 watts on 40m other bands 90 watts
K5OYSO LOW ALLtemporary setup with EFHW about 3'-5' HAAT! Was amazed at the stations I did work. Thanks to the great ops and stations that could pull my signal out! 73 steve
K5QQSO LOW ALLSanta, My Christmas List: Please replace my dipole with a tower & beam antenna
K5RXSO QRP 15MI was stupid and downloaded the latest version of N1MM+. It worked fine, mostly, Thursday. But when I booted the computer before the contest, my settings had changed. Also, there was one bug I could not fix. I worked on it well into the contest while trying to work people. It cost me not just time but also much energy. Never again will I update a version unless the older one did not work right in the contest I work
K5TDSA LOW ALLFirst license 09-2024
K5VGSA LOW ALLHighlights: Working JA on 160m (never before in 54 years of hamming) Clean sweep of KH6J on all 6 bands. See you next year!
K5VIPSA HIGH ALL100% S&P with Telnet
K5XUSO LOW ALLMy favorite contest
K5ZDSA HIGH ALLFirst big effort from new station in Ohio. It was not the same as W1, but working guys all over the world is always fun!
K6FASO HIGH ALLMy first 4 QSO's were running remote at 100 watts to check out my remote setup. Checked out good. Then when I got home I went to around 450 watts with my other radio and tried out my new 160 EF antenna as that worked fine with the stations I heard. So good contest for me even though I did not operate long
K6NASO HIGH ALLPart-time effort, tuning the Big Knob as usual. Mostly S&P, but had a couple of short CQ-runs into Asia. Conditions were very good, if slightly down from last year. Always exciting to hear all the contest expeditions out there, doing their thing. I know how they feel. I spent two days ahead of the contest re-installing my BOG wire system and coax feeders for the season. This simple 200-foot twinlead wire really enhances receive operation for me on 80 and 160m bands in two directions. Thanks to K1FZ for the hardware needed at each end
K6NRSO HIGH ALLConditions were pretty good, although not as good as the SSB version of the contest. Eu signals on 10 meters were fewer/weaker, especially on Saturday. I did 95% search and ponce, with just 2 JA runs. My local QRN makes it hard to copy everyone who called. Thanks for the QSOs, 73, Dana
K6ROSA HIGH ALLMy first CW contest from zone 5..sorry to all the guys who thought I was in Z3
K6ZHSA HIGH ALLNot much time to devote to the contest. But I figured I'd better get on 10m and enjoy working a bunch of EU stns from W6 while we still can! Had a decent EU run on 40m on Saturday evening as well. 73 - Jim K6ZH
K7ACZSA HIGH ALLTcvr: IC-7610, Amp: AL-1200, Hi Band ant: F12 C3 at 95 ft, lo band ants: Full size dual Slopers, 2200 ft ASL
K7FLSA LOW 40MFirst contest from my Montana remote. Murphy kept his distance. HyTower vertical with 4 radials and K3 barefoot
K7NJSA HIGH 160MThere were no openings to continental Europe. There was a good JA opening, but only the first night, and JA signals were very weak. Copying the JAs was only possible due to a Beverage pointed directly at them, and even so, the signals were at about the noise floor. The transmitting antenna is a 54 foot vertical with 40 full-size radials. Radio is a K3 modified to a K3S. Amplifier is an ACOM 2020S running 1.5 KW
K7TRTSA LOW ALLSeven hours of very casual operating. FT-891 @ 100W into 80m EFHW @ 40FT from Montana. Thanks for digging out my modest signal from 7 land. Go Big Sky Contesters!
K8GLSO HIGH ALLA great contest with some top notch ops. Condx down from last year

KA2KGPSO LOW ALLCW speeds of 30+ wpm is INSANE ! QRS to reduce re-fills & agn requests
KA3DRRSO LOW ALLMy first ever Parks-to-Radiosport (P2R) international contest from a Parks-On-the-Air designator Carrizo Plain National Monument US-4541 near California Valley, California. My goal? Log as many zones and countries as possible within 5 hours of operation. Needless to say, I totally enjoyed my search and pounce strategy, throughout my visit inside the monument. Visitors were curious with one saying, 'I didn't know they used Morse code anymore.' If anything, Morse code is alive and well, thanks for a great contest. 73. CQ like you mean it. Contest like you own it
KA5USNSO LOW ALLSpent almost all of Saturday playing with our 18-month-old Granddaughter who was visiting from Savannah
KA8HOKSO HIGH ALLThis contest was a lot of fun as usual. The higher bands were lackluster at the very beginning but built back up pleasantly on Saturday and by Sunday evening the opening to Asia was great. Looking forward to next year CQWW !
KB2URISA LOW 10MWasn't up to contesting that weekend. Sorry
KB3MPSA LOW 10MGreat condx on 10 throughout, especially for a peanut whistle station with an IC-7300 and a 10M inverted vee @ 30'
KB6JFLSO LOW ALLAll contacts 50 watts
KC0VSO HIGH ALLPoor conditions for the first 36 hours or so, better for the last 12. Ten and 15 meters were the stars!
KC1UBHSO QRP ALLOperator age 16 Operator Age: 16 years
KC1UEKSA LOW ALLFirst license 04-2024
KC4LZNSA HIGH ALLI've had more luck with S&P than a run. I'm sure it's because of the call but I don't think I'll ever change that. I know... be careful what you wish for but I've had this call now for coming on 40 years and sometimes its length is what helps me bust pile ups.it's always fun to work this. I just wish they'd bump it one weekend before or one after. Sure is hard buying time at the rig when company is over, thanksgiving decorations come down and then there is Christmas decorations to be put up. Oh well it is what it is... Always an enjoyable time in the chair no matter how long. 73 until next time
KC6ZBESA LOW ALLAlways my favorite contest to mess around in. 73!
KC7VSA HIGH ALLDespite challenging band conditions on 10-20 from out here in the west, there was plenty to do. Could not really run to EU, but JA runs were decent. Had a good 10m run to JA the last couple of hours. That was fun. 40 was good Friday night, not as good Saturday night. Also had a decent 80m run to JA on Sunday morning. Best contest there is in my opinion
KC9LASA HIGH ALLBands were in nice shape!
KD2SRISA LOW ALL12-15 WATTS!
