This is the first time I've ever heard anyone on 15 meters from my modest home shack (G5RV inverted V at 33') and I got QSOs from Europe (many countries for the first time ever), South America (many countries for the first time ever), and islands scatted all over the place. Several times I had to repeat my zone so I'm sure QRZ was confusing them. I have two homes and this one is in Lafollette Tennessee. | KE0OR | SA LOW ALL | Using low power early in the contest was extremely difficult. The use of a hex beam antenna was a big improvement over previous years antennas. I could hear many more stations than could hear me. The opening of 15 and 10 meters late on Saturday were a big help. Time was limited to less than 4 hours as I worked with nr0t on a multi-op at his qth. I split my time between the two efforts. Thanks to who who took the time to pull in a low power setup like mine.
