JR6YTXSA HIGH 15MEnjoyed working in the contest from Hokkaido(JA8) to Ishigaki(JR6/JS6), both ends of Japan. Ishigaki-island, Okinawa-prefecture, such a beautiful island and very close to BV from there. Felt EU much closer and had a longer open. Opens to NA in the morning were late and as a result, shorter open, I think. Had a great time there for the contest and greater open to EU & a amazing LP open to the Caribbean(mni tnx to PJ4K&TO7A for their great ears!) Nobuya,JS6TSE(not JS7) was on 10(SOSBHP10m) from the same station-site. We put up and took down ANTs before and after the contest together. I climbed the tower for the first time in 6 years. Also we had nice local foods & drinks together as well as nice&interesting conversations before&after the contest. Many thanks to JK1JHU&JM1LRQ for using their fine station in pineapple fields and callsign! Thanks to all for the QSOs! 73 --- Akira, JA8RWU p.s. I was struggling to copy those who called me under interference from the 10m station for a while, maybe about 1.3days or so. I had thought that the 10m station used a BPF like I did, but did not until late afternoon on sunday(local time). So very sorry I did not copy many stations or even asked stations strong enough to call me AGN. So sorry. But I am glad that Nobuya,JS6TSE broke the old(1989) JA 10m record! He prepared four monoband yagis to do it. Good job! Maybe someday I will try again with no noise/interference and better&more antennas, hi :-)

K0OOSA HIGH 10MLOTS OF FUN
K0XMSA LOW 10MTried out new QTH and vertical and low power. Things went better than expected
K0XPSA LOW ALLCndx from this QTH seemed great on 80 & 40, with very little noise. Activity seemed way down, though. Having lost my amplifiers and as I've been banging my head around in the recent DXpedition pileups, without some power nor permanent antennas, I just couldn't get up any enthusiasm to do a full-fledged effort, so I only S&Ped for rare & interesting Qs now and then
K1DWSA LOW ALLGREAT CONDITIONS.... SUPER FUN
K1FFXSA LOW ALLTerrific contest ... great operating conditions ... most QSOs ever
K1HTSO LOW ALLLimited time, new laptop with unfamiliar keyboard, first time using N1MM+ --- what's not to like? :(
K1IMSA LOW 40MMy new QTH in northern Easton, Maine Single vertical antenna with minimal radials at this point...miss my old 4-square array. Radio: IC-7300 100 watts - tough in pile up's of course - had to sequence with various methods. Tom, K1IM FN66bp
K1RCSO LOW ALLStill have fun contesting, no matter how old I get
K1RQMULTI-ONE LOWbest ears award goes to 9A1A
K1RVSA HIGH ALLTnx for Q's! 73, Pi - K1RV # 639 SFI 180, A 14, K 1 (End) 24 1/2 Hours Had a lot of fun this past weekend. Good condx (except noise on 160 meters!) Interesting propagation with many Asian and Pacific stations worked. Station: Elecraft K4D, KPA500 amplifier (500 watts) SteppIR BigIR vertical 160 meter inverted L
K1THSA HIGH ALLRemarkable conditions. Only had 11 hours, but my best score yet 812K. Amazed at the Pacific and east Asian stations that came back on first call. Recently installed XR6-JK yagi and lovin' it!
