W5MMWSO LOW ALLFirst submitted log for CQWW SSB Did not have lots of time this weekend, but made some new DXCC

W6RKCSO HIGH 80M3 contacts into the contest, PG&E shut off the power
W6UESA HIGH ALLA mix of high and low power depending on the antenna
W7CXXSA HIGH ALLFriday and Saturday seemed good participation wise. Used a 160 meter BOG (beverage on the ground) antenna receiving array, located at the remote site, on low bands. My transmit antenna still needs improvement. High winds Sunday caused a local power outage. That limited my opportunity to participate in the EU opening. Station: K3 Twins, KPA-500, HEX Beam @ 70 ft, 80 meter sloper, 160 dipole, 40 meter vertical and inverted-V. 73 Jack, WA7LNW HF remote located near Zion National Park, Utah

WA5SWNSO LOW 20MStrangest propagation I have ever seen. Band wide open Friday night but died when the greyline passed (just after the contest started). QRN was S9 - S9+40 all day Saturday, jackhammers, with a few short breaks. Sunday was 'leapfrog' day - Brazil talked to Canada, Japan talked to East Coast, Cape Verde talked to West Coast - - but I couldn't get them to hear me in the middle!
